Description: In our country, the XIX. s. the thaler was the dominant currency in the first half as well. These thalers were made in a classicist style. Ferdinand V, our last king who was crowned in Bratislava, continued minting money and the financial affairs of his predecessors in a traditional way, but issued less money than we do. On the back of the coin is Madonna with her baby, on the obverse is a portrait of the ruler with a laurel wreath.
