Description: As part of Lipót I's unification efforts, he introduced imperial currencies in Hungary. Yet during his reign, the duarius was minted, this special Hungarian coin worth half a krajcár, on the medal image of which, preserving the Hungarian traditions, the Hungarian coat of arms and Virgin Mary are depicted.
