Reverse:	Az emlékérme hátlapján Halmi Béla fotója alapján készült Kosztolányi-portré látható, a portrétól balra a „Kosztolányi Dezső” felirat valamint az 1885-1936 évszámok szerepelnek. A portrétól jobbra található a tervezőművész mesterjegye.
